Over Easy

Alexandra Swarens is really coming into her own as a writer and director, and it shows. This film has a cast of like 3 people and a shoestring budget, but it kept my interest all the way through.

Belle goes on an adventure with her girlfriend / lover to try to 'get away' and sink deeper into the relationship. It's cheesy and uncomfortable at times, but honestly relatable to anyone who's ever been in a long term relationship - esp with another woman.

Along the way they have arguments and Belle seems to keep 'messing it up', and it feels like they can't quite get their flow.

The ending is quirky and heart warming and impressive for a solo-preneur to have pulled off writing, directing, and producing. Thanks for this one Alexandra!
