The Shadow of Bigfoot tells the story of a Sasquatch hunter who has given 25yrs of his life to the pursuit of the elusive creature and has become obsessed with it. He loses his job, is mocked by his rival and with his scientist friend and a cameraman in tow ventures into the forest once again.
It doesn't go quite the way you'd imagine, if it had it'd probably have been better.
All set during daytime (Which is unusual) and with no actual viewing of the Bigfoot (Shocker) it's not that it's boring as it does remain interesting it simply isn't very good.
Not only do you never see anything but early in the movie the accents are bizzare and laughable. Several people seem to be trying to be American, it sounds forced and they keep dropping the accent altogether.
British made this is within a sub-genre that I want to like but always seem to dislike. I think it's because it's usually picked up by parties who don't have the budget to deliver and this is a prime example of that.
The Good:
Flows relatively well
The Bad:
Accents are an absolute joke
Nope you do not see Bigfoot
Things I Learnt From This Movie:
The plural for Bigfoot is Bigfoots
Bigfoots sound suspiciously like wolves
