The first draft was completed on December 27th, 1997 under the title "Three Stories: Mute, Need Thirst". On December 29, 1997, the last third part: "Thirst", after the previous two parts, was faxed to the head of the Film Production Department of the largest Polish TV broadcaster - TVP. In September 2000, Daniel Strehlau handed his screenplay "Three Stories" to Ms. Wei Ling Chang, Miramax Films acquisition.
