Dr. Arnold Miler, inventor of a sophisticated electronic sensor which detects and measures pollution, determined that smog had found its way to the North Pole, based on the evidence gathered by British pilot Sheila Scott who recently few over the pole, an experiment sponsored by NASA in 1971.
