While making his WCW live debut as The Shockmaster (complete with a
silver glittered Star Wars stormtrooper helmet), he was supposed to
burst through the wall onto the set of Ric Flair's "A Flair For The
Gold" show to help Sting confront the "Bad Guys" (Sid Vicious, Booker T
and Stevie Ray). Instead, he fell literally head-over-heels through the
wall and his helmet fell off revealing his identity. Even Jesse Ventura
(who was commentating) couldn't help but crack up laughing. Needless to
say, his character was repackaged as an Electric Company worker and he
was jobbed out months later.
