After marrying Peyton Place (TV 1965-69) star Christopher Connolly, she retired from acting and had two children.
Their marriage collapsed some time in the 1970s, although they only divorced immediately before Connolly's death in 1988, which was due to lung cancer, so that his longtime girlfriend Carol Zander would be legally able to inherit his estate.
