Psychiatrist, pioneer in the field of psychopathy. Educated at Oxford University (Rhodes Scholarship) and the University of Georgia Medical School.In 1955, became professor of psychiatry and neurology at the Medical College of Georgia. Authored the seminal book The Mask of Sanity, published in 1941.
