After co-starring in the TV series "Pão Pão Beijo Beijo" in 1983, then
one of the most famous Brazilian actresses, she had to abandon her
career in the peak, after a rare illness which made her almost
completely speechless. However, in 1992, after a successful recovery,
she made her return to TV as Kelly Garcia in "Deus nos Acuda". Nowadays
she continues to work as an actress in theater and TV in Rio de
Janeiro. Her last work was in the TV Series "A Escrava Isaura".
