Robert A. Hengen Jr., aka Butch Hengen, died at age 58 from undisclosed causes in California. He was survived by his loving wife Dale, as well as two stepsons (Ryan and Patrick), his mother (Ruth), his sister (Debby) and his niece (Heather).
