Good Portrayal

Norton, an odd guy who loves putting on clown regalia, is quite charming. Apparently, he is thought to be a danger to people, but he never really hurt anyone. The problem is that people either embrace clowns or want nothing to do with them. Here we get a close up look at a guy who loves what he does but frightens people. He is endlessly optimistic.
