The film was presented with four prizes: First prize in the audiovisual category, by the International Water Association (IWA), London, UK, 1999; First prize in the category external communication video, by the Associação Portuguesa de Comunicação de Empresa (APCE), Lisbon, Portugal, 1999; First prize in the category external communication video, by the Associação de Comunicação Empresarial de Língua Portuguesa (ACELP), Brazil, 1999; and the prize for Best Film of Art and Monuments, at the 14th Festival Internacional do Estoril (2000), Estoril, Portugal (precursor of the Lisbon & Estoril Film Festival).
