Hey don't listen to the only other review, this is a cute, fun little picture!
People are jaded in the past 50 years! They love trash! Sure it's a PRC picture, sure it's a "B"movie, but hey I just love this flick! The 1940's girls are the most attractive women. No colored hair and tattoos! Plus I just love Peggy Ryan! Peggy was one hell of a dancer, with her husband and dancing partner Ray McDonald (although Ray is not in this picture) when together they can sure cut a rug! Peggy Ryan can put the all of the Dancing With The Stars casts to shame! Also pictures such as these are under 75 minutes, and that's a good thing! Edith Fellows was a cute chick! June Storey was also nice looking gal! You'd want to date them straight up! Who knows what happened to the 35mm "Nitrate" negative, but I bought a nice 16mm print of the picture, and I have run the film a dozen times in the last five years! It's late September 2020 and I am sure before the years out, I will project the picture again! The story-line written by Ms. Elizabeth Ann sums it up, so if you can see it, it's more fun than most movies and TV show made in 2020! Plus there are no cell phones, lap-tops, Covid-19 masks! Computer generated effects, Enjoy!
