While I remember watching a Terrytoons James Hound cartoon on WTBS Superstation in the '80s, this is my first time reviewing one that I just saw on the DailyMotion site. This was one of Ralph Bakshi's efforts before he became legendary with his adult-flavored animated features like Fritz the Cat. Unfortunately, what I watched was a very lame spoof of the spy genre as popularized during the '60s when James Bond was all the vogue. In this one, the spy hound is trying to prevent a traffic jam of various remote-controlled cars. This was just soooo slow moving with nothing funny to recommend it. So unless you want to watch everything Bakshi was ever involved in, don't watch Traffic Trouble.
