One of the best films about the independent film industry. Director Kevin Mukherji shows his love for the industry. His respect is shown for the indie crew by interviewing four integral and inspirational filmmakers in the independent field. These directors are John Sayles, John McNaughton, Forest Whitaker, and Harold Ramis who give us insight about how a film comes to life from story concept to marketing the completed product. Mukherji definitely shows his craft and has a refreshing way of interviewing the directors as a silent host for the entirety of the film with only glimpses of Kevin seen throughout "Storytellers".
