I was only 10 years old when we (my parents & myself), would watch this show. Even though it was named "The Catholic Hour", it had no proselytizing on it. There was a message of good vs evil, and good always won, but whats new? And by the way, my parents were Jewish.
Anyway, I had a moment last week when I was trying to remember the first time I spotted Mr. Sheen, and here is where my memory took me. I could not remember the name of the show. Thank God (no pun intended), for IMDb. It named the show, and I remember it being on Sunday afternoons, on NBC. It was a one hour drama. This is when I first fell in love with Martin Sheen.
What a fine actor. He is still one of my favorites. He does not get the credit he deserves.
