After cutting his teeth--or nib of his ink quill--on FANTASIA and BAMBI for the Rodent House, Carl ruminated "What can I do for an encore?" Finally, a couple decades later, he decided to make THE SECRET WEAPON his third contribution to Western Civilization. It's as if James Dean followed up REBEL WITHOUT A CAUSE and EAST OF EDEN with GIANT.
