- कनेक्शनReferenced in The Jboy Show: Josh Snead (Creator of SEC Shorts) (2021)
फीचर्ड रिव्यू
This is the best show on YouTube. Period. It is. It is certainly the best scripted series on the channel.
During college football season new episodes that are just a few minutes long are almost miraculously posted by Monday morning making fans all across the southern United States and possibly further, happy that it's actually a Monday.
This show is as enjoyable as any other sitcom ever in existence. The writing, acting, directing and set design are all tip top and again, done so with an extremely tight turnaround of approximately 24 or so hours after a Fall Saturday night prime time game.
Yes, the creators of the show, Robert Clay and Josh Snead are innovative and inspired geniuses with impeccable comedic timing, but also the costars and bit players bring talent and skill to every shot that they occupy, even if it's in the background their efforts are still quite noticeable and enjoyable to all of the worldwide viewing audience.
Other players of note are regulars Eric Hall and Hannah Kuykendall. They bring it every time. Gray Lloyd, Max Krebs, Zach Ernst and Stewart Hawk are all hilarious contributors even with few to possibly even no lines of dialogue given in any scene. Their presence on set is of importance and strongly rounds out the cast of any episode.
The 2022 season has also given way to the rise of a new star of the show and a most welcome addition to the cast.
Chelsi Ganus Davis has had several co-starring to starring roles this season and has become an integral part to the success of this stellar annual production.
The 2022 season has produced a couple of my all time favorite episodes. They are as follows:
College football ER was busy this weekend.
Georgia goes through Scared Straight in the FBS Basement.
Other all-time faves of seasons past that serve as an excellent introduction to SEC Shorts:
Texas wants out of the SEC.
What if SEC Shorts was around in 1998?
Dramatic 2020 season road-trip has a hard time getting started.
Alabama and Georgia get sent to the principal's office.
Tennessee sues to never play Alabama in football again.
Talking LSU stuffed animal is way too honest SEC teams line up to claim their "L".
Also watching this series, you'll notice that even non-SEC teams aren't safe from the Monday morning hilarity in the Fall.
And thank goodness for that. S-E-C! S-E-C!
