Ji Wife Ji

Great idea for a movie and was focusing on the funny side, but after a while lost its appeal. There is a max to how you can present a depressing side of a character. They dragged the suffering for a long time and kept taking the glimmer of hope. When there was a possibility of a good story it went on in a strange direction. Like the interval showed promises, but the disaster kept going. Had a lot of hope, but didn't deliver. Even the ending couldn't save the movie. Acting needed to be a lot more refined. Maybe casting was done in a rush and not all roles were properly assigned.

Punjabi cinema needs better stories.
