Pattaapakal strings together a series of comedic incidents involving two friends, a minister, a gangster, and four small-time criminals. The film offers a fair amount of fun and entertainment, making it a decent choice for a light-hearted watch.
While the movie delivers on humor, it also has its shortcomings. There are poorly made scenes, a few lackluster performances, and some initial scenes that appear abruptly edited. Despite these flaws, there are moments that stand out.
Ramesh Pisharody and Renji Panicker's scenes manage to evoke a few laughs. Sudhi Koppa's song is a highlight. The cast, including Krishna Shankar, Johny Antony, Prashant Murali, and Gokulan, perform their roles as expected. Nothing much to do.
With a duration of less than two hours, Pattaapakal avoids dragging and maintains a good tempo throughout. Overall, it's a decent watch for those seeking light-hearted entertainment without too many expectations.
