Transfixed: Muses Vol. 3

Three lovely couples get down in Stella Smut's pleasant little all-sex romances, notable for star names from the Cis-Female talent roster having sex with trans-females.

One episode of Bree Mills' "Transfixed" porn series ("Muses" division) is well-cast with TS star Izzy Wilde as a horny elf and busty Kenzie Taylor as her seductive new friend, but the usual disinterest in scriptwriting hurts the scene quite a bit.

Fans are treated to crummy effects (elf ears placed around real human ears for both actresses, more "Ricky's" than makeup effects), and what exactly cis-female star Taylor is supposed to represent left hanging.

Instead, we have merely lust at first sight and the two femmes humping away on a convenient mattress lying in the great outdoors. The fantasy here is close to nil and for whatever reason, director Stella Smut has even omitted any money shot.

Bree asks her "Muses" audience to merely stare at a couple of beauties having sex (trans-female matched with cis-female) in each vignette, with a glossy setting and costumes/styling, and nothing more. It reminds me of the stillborn "Artcore" (or "Glamcore") porn at the turn of this century, and is merely, like especially the very popular and influential Andrew Blake exercises during the VHS era, one of many successful attempts to do away with stories and characterizations in porn.

Another mundane "MUSES" episode that begins with a sense of style but soon devolves into standard, boring all-sex content.

TS star Kasey Kei is styled with a geisha look in costume and makeup, and Japanese-style folk music creates a distinctive atmosphere, not helped by pretentious, moronic voice-over narration (written by Stella) that supposedly gives Kasey's point of view. Special guest Casey Calvert, presumably cast as much for the alliteration of her K-sound name matching Kasey's, also is styled to look like her co-star.

Gimmick is Casey lying there like a corpse in the familiar body sushi format: scrumptious looking sushi laid out all over her torso, ready to eat. This turns out to have nothing to do with the rest of the scene, coming off as completely hokey, rather than integrated as a "sex with food" fetish element.

Once the lovemaking shifts from sensual foreplay to XXX the muisic disappears and we get over half an hour Minimum Daily Requirement of porn. The sex is mechanical, and whatever Stella had in mind as a romantic scene gives way to corny pornspeak.

Final segment features Eva Maxim and mainstream porn actress Kira Noir making love for half an hour, in a setting and costumes simulating Cleopatra's boudoir. Theoretically a romantic story could have been concocted and maybe an asp or carpet to roll up in might have been added, but instead nothing happens but sensual sex. Boring.

Gazing at two beauties, with a cock thrown in for Eva to utilize, may be enough for hard-up porn fans, but why not create a little short story to go with it?
