Directed and choreographed "The Education of Randy Newman" at the South Coast Repertory Theater, Los Angeles, May-July 2000, a stage musical based on the life of singer/songwriter/composer Randy Newman.
He studied dance at 6 years old at the Minnesota Dance Theatre and later Moppets Players in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He also acted and performed with the Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis.
