He acted in William Shakespeare's play, "The Tempest," at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester, England with David Horovitch, Dan Hildebrand, Emily Raymond, Roger Swaine, James Clyde, and John Bardon in the cast. Braham Murray was director.
He was awarded the Laurence Olivier Theatre Award in 1988 (1987 season)
for Best Actor in a Musical for Kiss Me Kate. He shared this award with
his co-star, John Bardon.
