His best known, and only recurring role, lab technician Charlie Fong on the rebooted _"Hawaii Five-0" (2010), was renamed from Che Fong (portrayed by Harry Endo) on the original series, Hawaii Five-O (1968). As of December 2016, the character of Charlie Fong has appeared only 30 times on the reboot series, first appearing in 2011, and last appearing in 2014. This is much less often than lab technician Che Fong appeared in the original series (115 appearances from 1969-1977).
