Born and raised in London, England, Rodney Charles graduated from Hounslow College's FEDAS program (Film, English, Drama, Art and associated Studies) and worked as a performer throughout Britain and Europe.
A member of the Writers Guild of Great Britain, Rodney won the Greater London Arts award for his screenplay "Once Upon a Time". Upon completion "Once Upon a Time" was screened at the Venice, London, New York and Burkina Faso film festivals - as well as on BBC television and Super Channel in Europe.
