The vanity card "Chuck Lorre Productions, #436" at the end of
The Hesitation Ramification (2014) was dedicated to Lexie Contursi. Through this vanity card Chuck Lorre explains that Lexie was originally playing a part in that episode, which (through no fault of Lexie) unfortunately got cut in order to get the episode down to the required running time. It was all the more ironic, considering what happened to Lexie was the exact plot of the episode, in that one of the show's main characters (Penny) had her role cut from an episode of NCIS for running time.
