Jeffrey speaks fluent English and German, as well as broken conversational French. Growing up in Texas, going on a year-long student exchange to Toulouse, France with the Rotary Club in 1998 was his first exposure to Europe, as well as the languages of Europe. Coming from a Ukrainian heritage, he hopes one day to add Ukrainian to his list of spoken languages.
