Mela Lee was involved in a car accident on April 14, 2014, when a driver who was texting ran a red light. The accident left her with several fractured vertebrae and temporary paralysis. She credits the care from Cedars Sinai and the Hunt Spine Center along with extensive yoga and physical therapy therapy for her miraculous recovery.
