Susan is the founder of WanderWord is an artist-collective that creates site-specific interactive, poetry programming at Wilco's Solid Sound Music Festival, MASS MoCA. Some of the poetry events include large scale magnetic poetry, audio-poetry map, poetry typists, poetry clothesline, and poetry dominoes.
As a child, she spent most of her time roaming the woods, climbing trees, and hiding out at the public library. Her early years were spent typing up poems and listening to rock albums - and she still has all of her vinyl.
