Urban Cowboy: The Rise and Fall of Gilley's

There is one huge name missing from this documentary about Urban Cowboy. You all know who I am talking about. I am talking about Debra Winger (known as Sissy in the movie). She and John Travolta (known as Bud in the movie) are the two main, essential characters in the movie. It is all about them, so I am curious as to why Debra Winger is not in this documentary talking about her role as Sissy and her memories of the making of Urban Cowboy and about the music and dancing in Gilley's. It must have been a real experience making Urban Cowboy in Gilley's, being there when The Charlie Daniels Band (RIP, Charlie), Johnny Lee, etc. Played on that stage.
