Ditch

The short starts well enough, with a tried and true method for building tension - a ticking clock. There's some shaky lighting during the first minute or so, some banding effects that may or may not have been intentional.

Unfortunately, the film is too short to build on the main focus of the plot. Without writing spoilers, it is hard to review the feature further. There is a lot of room for improvement on the part of the main actress and her conveyance of the story's crisis. (Having her glance a few times at a watch or at the obvious clock would have helped).

The 'twist ending' falls fairly flat because of the short's brevity. With another minute or so to build tension, the story might have seemed a lot better.
