Shin Min-ah was fitted with special prosthetics developed by CELL make up team, which included a delicate procedure to match her real skin tone. She also had to wear a fat-suit, forcing her to spend three hours getting ready before starting shooting. At least 25 sessions were recquired during filming. It comes as no surprise if you simply observe how thin all the main actresses are in every Kdrama, that a screenplay would focus on a before X after body transformation, for a woman to become desirable, socially accepted and happy.
