On the occasion of the World Year of Light promoted by UNESCO, Maiora Film celebrated remembering the Lumière Brothers (brothers "Light" who invented the Cinema 120 years ago) becoming creative workshop and promoting the collective film Cinema Invented: a direct call the talents of the Italian cinema, authors of contemporary cinema who were invited to participate in a kind of collective episodic film, constructed of short films in black and white film with no editing and no sound, just as 120 years ago. In the belief that the cinema is still the extraordinary language of the civilization of today and tomorrow.
