Una vergine di seconda mano

A murdered call-girl is found in her appartment. Her boyfriend is suspicious and is taken in by the police for interrogation. Here he tells them episodes from her life and the police gets some ideas who might wanted to kill her. In the end, the call-girl's cat is the clue.

The movie is very interesting as i has both parts in it that would later prove successful: 20 Minutes of pure giallo-style menace and murder, very close to Bava'S "Blood and Black Lace" and being much more explicit! And 20 minutes of later-added sex scenes, also very explicit. In the middle we get some very lame police procedures that are shot in a Doris-Wishman style, basically showing only feet and ashtrays.

It shows that 3 directors were working on it. The Krimi/Giallo veteran Rathonyi, the Sexreport ham Brummer and an Uli von Tyrol-first timer.

Undeniably attractive as a curio, only the giallo parts are still relevant.
