Le avventure di Sonic

DiC Entertainment planned a second season for Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog but the second season didn't come around due to the fact that DiC was busy working on the second season for Sonic il riccio (1993).

During the credits, we see a Wile E. Coyote-like segment where Dr. Robotnik is setting a trap where a large mechanical press is supposed to smash Sonic. But when Robotnik pushes the remote control button, the trap doesn't do anything. He walks under the press to see what happened, and Sonic takes the controller, presses the button and smashes Robotnik. The press rises, and Sonic tosses the remote control under the press before running off. A flattened Robotnik gently falls from the press onto the controller and ends up smashed again.

Re-airings in syndication and on various networks cut out the "Sonic Says" segments.
