Similar to but not on the level of Michael Ninn's celebrated "Dark Garden", this artsy-fartsy porn feature is way over-the-top, as the maestro throws in all sorts of nonsense in pursuit apparently of dubious industry awards. The fact that top industry talent is on the payroll only magnifies its shortcomings.
Nonsensical script deals with his star Vicca's soul-searching, interrogated in a sort of cheap Purgatory by Tyce Bune, explaining how she's fed up with folks putting her on a porn pedestal - the sort of paparazzi-bashing (and they truly deserve it) we get from celebrities fed up with the limelight. Ninn is not above suddenly turning the movie into idiotic attempts at satire, as when we suddenly are thrust into a TV soap opera with hambone Randy Spears as Mr. Milky.
With a finish of VIcca addressing us poor slobs in porno video land: "I know you're watching" we have yet another self-righteous navel-gazing exercise by a pornographer, about on the level (but much longer) than those annoying Freedom of Speech PSAs made by the late Bill Margold. Great stars like Dee and company deserve better.
