Halloween is a 2015 fan made film based on the 1978 classic of the same name.
Made by an independent group who also did a similiar Friday 13th homage this is one of those shorts that embraces every single issue short films tend to run into.
Standing at around six minutes including the credits it tells the story (And I use that term loosely) of an apparent victim of Myers waking up in a cellar and trying to escape. But of course Myers isn't far away and ready to finish what he started.
That's basically it, if you're expecting a story, a beginning, middle, end, or any actual entertainment value then you're going to struggle here.
It's one of those short films that makes me simply ask the question, why? Why make this? What purpose does it serve?
Amateurish, cheap and nasty, and ultimately is purposeless.
The Good:
Classic soundtrack has been used
The Bad:
Michael looks awful
Serves no purpose.
