Sirocco et le royaume des courants d'air

An interesting pastiche of Ghibli animation. The story may hold up children, not too complicated and not much moral, bright characters. But what's most striking is the producers' apparent greed. They willingly release and promote their work in a terrorist country, one that continues its violent invasion, mercilessly bombing Ukrainian cities, killing innocent civiluans, killing and kidnapping Ukrainian children. By choosing to distribute this film in such a country, they show disregard for the suffering and destruction inflicted on Ukraine daily. It's disheartening to see art used this way. Truly, pecunia non olet-money doesn't stink, even when it's bloodstained!
