The game was specifically designed to make use of the PlayStation 5's power and its fast Solid State Drive. Because of that, it brought many technical advantages to the game, such as large amounts of enemies and seamless jumps between dimensions. It also became the first game of the series to have no loading screens.

Blooper
At Zurkie's there is an unplayable arcade machine of the Captain Qwark game "My Blaster Runs Hot", which perhaps serves as a reference to the Agorian Battleplex from Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, which like Zurkie's is a battle arena. The error is that in Rivet and Kit's dimension, Captain Quantum is the hero, not Qwark. An arcade machine with Qwark should not exist and instead should feature Captain Quantum.

Mags: Mapped my first dimension today, pretty standard stuff, but the colors there were so vivid! There were these creatures; one of them even looked like a lombax, but he had smaller ears, a mask, and a cane, and I think he was pulling some kind of heist.

Amazing!

Great platformer!! Great voice acting!!

There is one major glitch in the game. If it auto saves after the first Clank mini mission and you stop playing, when you load up the save file Rivet WONT MOVE AT ALL! You have to replay and don't stop till you are past that point.
