I'm trying again to finish this show, on ep 4 and could only get through another few minutes of it.
For such a star-filled cast, this show is an excellent example of how you can take great leads, an interesting plot, then wreck the whole thing by spending too much time with an annoying teenager who brings the whole show down.
Seriously every time the teenaged spoiled cry-baby calls her adoptive mom by her first name I want to wretch.
The secret to making this kind of show work is by having more action and interplay between the lead character ADULTS and leave the crying baby of a teen shots to a minimum, doing only enough to maintain the plotline, no more.
This show has it backwards; it seems centered on the unlikeable teenaged girl. It fails for this simple reason.
