Sotto il sole di Amalfi

Under the amalfi sun or in europe, it's sotto il sole di amalfi. (this seems to be the sequel to under the riccione sun.) from the beautiful amalfi coast of italy! It's the beautiful town of those colorful houses built on the hillside, just south of naples. We've all done the 1000 piece puzzle. It must have been fun to make this film! Vincenzo brings his friends to his family cottage on the coast. Adventure ensues. Each friend has a different relationship status, so it's a bit like the big chill, where emotions run high. And when one of the gang disappears, it creates even more tension. It's okay. Very action driven... we don't really get much backstory (or any story) on any of them. First half is pretty weak, but comes together in the second half. Directed by martina pastori. Not bad for a first full length film. Looks like she has done mostly music vids before this. Which explains the really good music choices in the film.
