Lesbian House Hunters 22

The stories are poor in this edition of the long-running series. Director B. Skow knows what the label's fans want: lengthy sensual Sapphic sex scenes, and he doesn't waste much effor ton concoting interesting set-ups beyond the "two women meet and have sex" all-purpose synopsis.

First half of the show deals with the series' most standard plot: female realtors (Serene Siren and Skylar Snow) facing tough times due to higher mortgage interests, so they look forward to selling the house of sisters Freya Parker and Sonny McKinley. The girls inherited the house from their parents but could face eviction, unable to keep up with mortgage payments.

Unfortunately, there's no drama here, just a couple of sex scenes, Freya pared with Siren and voluptuous Snow humping Sonny,

The other two vignettes are unrelated. Maria Kazi arrives to set up an open house to show client Carolina Sweets' home to prospective customers. In the bedroom alone, maria cannot resist trying on Sweets' sexy underwear but gets caught when Carolina returns. It's n excuse for the two of them to make love, not exactly much of a story. I was susprised to see that Carolina has "grown up", no longer bearing that jail-bait look that made her famous.

Final vignette is somewhat faulty. Scene set-up is done over the phone, as her unseen boss puts on the pressure, giving realtor Lauren Phillips just seven days to finalize a house sale. The inspector who needs to sign off on the house's suitability for sale arrives in the person of new starlet Ellie Murphy, a redhead like Lauren. She's all business (a lifeless performance), but Lauren manages to seduce her, hoping to get special treatment so as to speed up the inspection approval. Ellie is neither an actress nor a beauty, so the scene is flat, with Lauren doing all the work.
