Scene of 513 incident is full of blood and gore, but there were no knives or guns, and the bloody cries were all in the background.

The director uses a long lens to make the viewer's perspective seem like an object at the historical scene. Viewer gets to watch history happen, feel the helplessness of the victims and survivors, and feel the sadness and heart ache of the families of the victims. However, as their sadness are too politically sensitive to be speak out publicly, it becoming speechless. It's a sadness that one's would like to let go, but it's hurts deep down whenever they thought of the history and its victims.

513 is not just a disaster for the Malaysia Chinese, it is also a disaster for other ethnic groups in Malaysia. I hope people will remember the pain of the blood disaster so that history will not repeat itself.
