So basically, "Videowars", the super-obscure James Bond ripoff, has one reason to see it, that being the small chance that actress Tammy Lynn Leppert, who went missing the same year this was released, might've starred in it, but ignoring that, it's a bad movie.
Like I said above, It's a low-budget James Bond ripoff, but most of the action in it gives little to no excitement. The plot, though there, is hard to decipher because of terrible audio quality, and the acting is less than appealing. Also the soundtrack is all retro style. A few of the songs in it are actually quite enjoyable, the rest is pretty bad.
But what's the biggest problem with Videowars? Even with a very short 70 minutes, it is incredibly padded out, and filled with super overdrawn and useless scenes.
On the bright side, The snowy setting looked pretty cool, but that's about it.
Overall, it's simply flawed in many places. 3/10.
