Sach is hired as the companion for a poodle on an ocean voyage from New York to London. What he doesn't know is that the people who hired him are actually diamond smugglers, and there is a cache of diamonds hidden in the poodle's coat.

In order to be able to get the names of winning horses at the track, Sach agrees to sell his soul to the devil.

When an army official wants Duke to account for a missing pot, Duke recalls how he and Sach ended up working as secret agents during World War II.

The gang gets stuck during a thunderstorm in a spooky mansion, where they run into ghosts, gorillas and various "apparitions."

Two boys attempt to expose a charlatan stage hypnotist. One gets hypnotized, regresses to a past life, and reveals a pirate treasure map's location. The hypnotist plans to steal the treasure, leaving the boys trapped.

A precocious young TV star steals Sach's and Duke's car, and they run up against some network executives when they go to find out what happened. The executives believe that the boys know how to handle the little brat, and hire them as the boy's companions, with the titles of Vice President. Soon afterward the boy's uncle and manager kidnap him for ransom, and Sach and Duke set out to rescue the boy.

"Sach" has become a camera fiend so, in the pursuit of some ready cash, "Duke" takes him and his photographs to the editor of the New York Morning Blade, Mr. Ray Vance. He hires them to get some photos of gangland boss Frankie Arbo but Mr. Arbo does not care to have his picture in the papers and dislikes cameramen for the same reason. "Sach" and "Duke" pose as interior decorators in the penthouse of Mae Randall in order to get photos of Arbo. Later, at Arbo's night club, the boys learn that the gangster is importing a tough hoodlum from Chicago. "Sach" and "Duke" lure the visiting gunman, Handsome Hal Lomax to Mrs. Kelly's boardinghouse and trick him into staying there through false police calls. "Sach" masquerades as Handsome Hal and gets away with it, and he and "Duke" manage to get into Arbo's inner office with the Boss and his henchmen, and the boys are cut into the gang's racket, which is counterfeit money. Then Handsome Hal shows up and things are getting dicey for the boys until Handsome Hal's jilted sweetheart, Dolly Tate makes her appearance, and she is so put out with getting jilted by the real Handsome Hal that she identifies "Sach" as the real Handsome Hal, and fingers Handsome himself as the impostor.. "Sach" has been taking photos with a miniature camera hidden in his cigarette holder, but accidentally unloads the camera, and the film falls out, exposing the boys and the film.

An electric shock enables Sach to predict numbers.

The boys buy a uranium mine out west, but when they get there they find that it's pretty much worthless. However, the local badmen are distrustful of these new strangers, and when they mistakenly get the impression that the mine is loaded with uranium, they hatch a scheme to get rid of the boys and take over the mine.

Chuck, a reporter for The Blade newspaper, gets beaten up while trying to get a story on prison corruption, and the rest of the Bowery Boys, Slip, Sach, and Butch, get themselves arrested so that they can complete the expose from inside the prison, while serving a short---they think---six month sentence. Inside the Big House, they learn that ex-gangsters Ed Lannigan, Tom Tomcyk, and "Big Greenie", are living in the lap of luxury within the prison, by paying off Jenkins, the corrupt Captain of the Guards. And, on the side, the Boys, Sach in particular, slowly send Dr. Fordyce, the prison psychiatrist, off the deep end as they clumsily go about their investigation.

Slip, Sach and the gang get mixed up in political intrigue when they try to help an exiled European king and his daughter regain the throne that is rightfully theirs.

Sach becomes a pawn in a crooked trio's scheme to swindle an inheritance from its rightful pre-adolescent heir.

The boys find a lamp that has strange magic powers.

When the boys discover that Sach has a strange ability to sniff out diamonds, they hatch a scheme to make money out of it.

The Bowery Boys enter a creepy house where they engage in slapstick with the Gravesend Family, comprising a creepy butler, two mad scientists, a crazy old woman with a man-eating plant, a savage gorilla, an 8' robot, and a vampiress.

Sach is the exact double of a famous French scientist who has invented a powerful rocket fuel. Enemy agents, mistaking Sach for the scientist, attempt to kidnap him and get the formula for the fuel.

After a punch in the nose, Sach gains the ability to read minds, so Slip and the gang take on a detective agency to try cashing in on Sach's new power.

Slip and Sach mistakenly enlist in the Air Force where Sach is mistakenly assigned to the WACs.

The Bowery Boys find themselves in London, in an old mansion complete with a dungeon, an ominous bell tower and the ghost of an old hangman.

Those wacky Bowery Boys invent a super fast fuel, which will help them win an auto race (isn't this cheating?). However, the fuel is stolen by the bad guys just before the big race.

Sach acquires super strength, which the boys attempt to cash in on by turning him into a professional wrestler.

Sach discovers that he is heir to a farm in rural hillbilly country. He and the boys go to the farm to check it out, and find themselves mixed up with feuding hillbillies and a gang of bank robbers.

The boys get drafted into the Marines. On their first day in basic training, their commanding officer discovers that Sach's dad is an old war buddy of his, so he makes Sach a sergeant and places him in charge of the boys. While on the drill field, they discover the body of a dead Marine, and find a playing card on him that they trace to a local gambling house, where they suspect that the Marine was murdered.

To settle a wager, two university alumni enroll the Bowery Boys in their college. Enticed by a monetary bonus, the boys accept the offer.

The boys get mixed up with a race horse and crooked gamblers.
