Released by Sony BMG in 1992, it contained footage from Cher's two Heart of Stone Tour specials filmed at Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas in 1990. It featured tracks from Cher and Heart of Stone albums alongside various covers.

Intro to CherFitness: A New Attitude is the first fitness video released by singer/actress Cher. She had been featured in many gym, and fitness commercials in the 1980's, and her music videos, along with stage and television appearances made the public interested in her youthful body, as she was in her mid-forties. This led to the opportunity to a fitness video. Video content: After an introduction from Cher, the workout programme is divided into three modular sections, starting with a 38 minute "Step Workout". This is followed by a 10 minute workout for "Healthy Back and Abdominals", concluding with 32 minutes working on "Hips, Bottoms and Thighs". The workouts are done against a soundtrack, including hit singles by various artists, as well as Cher's own "Love and Understanding", released that same year. Cher states that this is her own personal workout programme, which was designed by her personal trainers, and which was what she performed every day. This was unlike the two follow-up fitness video's, which were not her daily workout routines.

"CherFitness: Body Confidence" is the second fitness video by singer and actress Cher. Background: After the success of her debut fitness video, "CherFitness: A New Attitude" just a year previously, Cher released a follow-up. Again, it was under the "CherFitness" brand. The programme is very similar to the previous one, due to it having the same team behind it. It also has the same set, although with a different background, this time blue instead of orange/yellow. Content: Unlike the first Cher fitness video, this video is not her own personal workout programme, with her describing herself as a "Student" with the viewer. It begins with a 38 minute workout called "The Hot Dance," finishing with 45 minutes of "Resistance Band Training." The video includes "...Cher's own selection of music to make your workout even more fun" including her own 1989 monster hit, "If I Could Turn Back Time".
