This is a list of animated television series - made outside of Japan - which are aimed at adult audiences. While the shows here range wildly in terms of content, each show on this list contains content which would not be permitted in a children's show.
This list does not include TV specials, failed pilots, or Internet series (unless they also aired on television).
The shows on this list are not in any particular order.
Missing from this list are the Spanish show Cuttlas Microfilms, the Polish show Inspektor Erektor, the Syrian series Dr. Psycho, and the Russian 2x2-produced show School 13: Game Vault. These titles are not currently listed on IMDb, and I haven't added them yet.
Comments and suggestions are always welcome, of course. However, please do not comment if you didn't even bother looking past the first page for a series that you think is "missing" from the list. If a series genuinely isn't listed on ANY page of the list, THEN please suggest it to me. Enjoy...
