PCU - Pavic Cinematic Universe

After confronting his professor, a medical student loses his illegal bed in student housing and finds a job as a housemaid in the home of Sava Mitrovic. The family's happiness soon turns into chaos, falling apart like a Robert Hall suit.

In this light, fluffy comedy, a low-level clerk cannot make ends meet because his brood is in no way economically cooperative: his daughter is a lawyer looking for work, unsuccessfully; his son is a would-be astronomer who wants to spend his life studying without working; and his other son wants his own wheels. It is enough to send a father to the lottery, or to the soccer pool.

After car crash with some Turk, Pantic gets the idea to build a motel for all Turks who traveling through Yugoslavia. Sojic wants to thwart the plan, and tells the Turk in confidence that Pantic is gay. However, the Turk is also gay.

Dimitrije Pantic loses his suitcase with business projects in an overcrowded bus, only to find a similar one - yet full of foreign currencies. This money turns his life upside down, but it also influences other people's ambitions.

On the 35th anniversary of his company, Dimitrije Pantic gets a plaque and watch as a present instead of well-deserved promotion he was hoping for. Meanwhile, his highly corrupt boss Srecko Sojic plans to ruin the company with his business partners and sell it on auction, which would provide him with money. For being a "troubled element", Pantic loses his job at the company and finds a new one as a private detective, accidentally discovering Sojic's intentions on the first day of work.

After Soic has been imprisoned Pantic hopes that the new boss will be better than him only to find out that the new boss is an exact copy of Soic.

The manager of a company gets in trouble when he cannot pay his workers. The billions were spent on a football stadium which is empty now, and the bank did not approve new credits for the meaningless investments. Maybe the stadium will get filled during the concert of popular singer Lepa Brena (played by herself).

A New Year's special of the extremely popular Yugoslav sitcom "Bolji zivot" (Better Life), filmed during the summer of 1987. Dragisa 'Giga' Popadic takes his female employees to Salonika for shopping, after a big riot they caused because the company wanted to cheat them.

While riding in cab, Zivota finds an ID that belongs to singer Vesna Zmijanac. After he returns it to her, she invites him to the New Year Eve's party where she is performing, but his wife Zivadinka is suspicious about the whole situation.

The intertwined lives of numerous characters set in 1990s Belgrade who all try to live happily during rather unhappy times.

The Gavrilovic family, in the absence of money, must earn it on every possible way. When Tika Shpitz, loudmouth from Stajkovce, comes in Belgrade, Gavrilo, head of Gavrilovic family, sees the chance to get money.

On the morning of 31st December at a Belgrade market, Spic and Djosa are selling baby pigs and Christmas trees. The European mad cow madness is doing harm to their profit, mostly because Lister, an upstart with shallow past, is persuading people not to buy pork. The locals are waiting for a New Year's Eve with the sound of trumpets and popular songs of the past century.

The theme of the series is money, not in the literal sense of pursuit of money, but in the fact that they spent all myths, ideas, and ideology, besides the myth of big money.

The show parodies Serbian politics. The main character is a stupid, selfish, bad person who tries to climb all the way to the top of the Serbian government; the show also offers a look at the person who work for and with him.

A well-educated family man realizes that his life is in crisis. Could the next generation do better?
