"Lithium" is a song by American rock band Evanescence recorded for their second studio album The Open Door. A music video directed by Paul Fedor was released in November 2006 and it features Lee and the band performing the song in a snowy forest. Lee eventually drowns in a lake full of black water which is meant to illustrate the song's lyrics about feelings of sorrow.

The video was shot on March 9 and 10. All the beetles and skeletons that flash in the clip, as well as the general situation, symbolize the consciousness and fears of Amy Lee. At the end of the clip, it breaks free from these fears. The clip is very different from the previous Evanescence clips. In the video for the first time are used cockroaches. The video features Amy Lee, Terry Balsamo, John LeCompt, Rocky Gray, Tim McCord. The last video featuring John and Rocky.
