Harold Lloyd - The Third Genius.
During the 1920s, Harold Lloyd established himself as one of the most popular comedians/filmmakers in Hollywood. His masterpieces like "Speedy," "Safety Last," and "The Freshman" made him a serious rival to Chaplin and Keaton. Like his rivals, Lloyd was unable to succeed in "talkie" films. Following a few attempts with sound, the comedian withdrew from Hollywood and enjoyed a life of relative financial comfort.
