A gang breaks into the house and ties them up. The woman transforms into leader for and defeats the gang. She and the band later perform on a variety of sets.

"Taking the Town" is Icehouse's first release from their third album Sidewalk. Reaching #29 on the Australian ARIA singles chart, it was released on April 22, 1984.

Def Leppard performs in the first version of the music video "Bringin' On the Heartbreak" from the album "High 'n' Dry" recorded for Polygram and Mercury Records. The music video begins with Joe Elliott walking alone in the woods. He sings at a refinery and later on stage with the band.
